Located in the sunny township of Oakura (10mins south of New Plymouth) is one of Taranaki's hidden gems of wonderful dinning.

The best way to experience this place is to come in and say to Danger "cook for us please" then sit back and enjoy.

He will present you with a meal you will not forget in a long time.

In the Samurai summer of 2003 when Taranaki was buzzing with people from the movie this became a favourite with the Americans and Australians, to them it became know as Danger's place.

For food and service this is the best cafe in Taranaki.
